- Reliure & Jaquette : Reliure cartonnée rouge d’origine bien ferme avec initiales EMR. Déchirures et usures d’usage visibles sur les bords de la jaquette. Coiffe supérieure de la toile rouge fendue et légèrement effilochée au sommet du dos (voir photos).

Includes the original dust jacket designed by William Colrus, preserved inside a vintage Plastic-Kleer Brodart protective sleeve.

- Condition: Fair to Good- (Collectible condition with noted structural flaws).
- Interior: Pages are clean, tight, and completely free of inscriptions or markings. Expected age-toning. Note: vertical brown chemical transfer bands on the front and rear inner endpapers from the vintage plastic jacket protector.
- Binding & Dust Jacket: Original red cloth boards with “EMR” stamps are firm. The dust jacket shows rubbing, minor chips, and small tears along the edges. The top spine cloth of the book is split horizontally and slightly frayed (please see detailed photos).
A solid, honest copy of a scarce 1957 American first printing, complete with its unclipped original dust jacket. Ships carefully packed to preserve the jacket.
